Josh Berger is an award-winning re-recording mixer, known for his exceptional work on both narrative and documentary projects. He has collaborated with directors such as Ron Howard, Martin Scorsese, Ken Burns, Steven Soderbergh and James Gray
Notable credits include Celine Song’s Materialists, Reinaldo Marcus Green’s King Richard, Sony’s No Hard Feelings, and the Netflix series, Master of None.
In the documentary world, Josh has contributed to several of Ken Burns’ films including The U.S. and the Holocaust, Hemingway, and College Behind Bars. He recently completed Martin Scorsese’s Personality Crisis: One Night Only and Barbara Walters: Tell me everything for Imagine Docs.
Josh’s meticulous approach to his craft has earned him widespread recognition, including Primetime Emmy nominations for Beatles ’64 and Master of None. As well as multiple News & Documentary nominations and a New York Emmy for Billy Joel: New York State of Mind. His work has also been showcased at numerous film festivals worldwide, including Cannes, Toronto, Berlin, NYFF, Tribeca, and Sundance.
